The Audible Steel™ bent steel saddles are designed for musicians by a musician. We use engineering to help musicians bring better music to the world.
Jay, the founder, has been playing the guitar professionally for more than 35 years, and the Strat is his favorite! As a professional musician, who also has deep experience in sheet metal manufacturing, he designed these vintage-style replacement bridge saddles to enhance the sound and playability of all S-style guitars.
Vintage-style bent steel saddles for S-style guitars crafted for untouchable sound quality.
At Audible Steel, we use engineering and experienced craftmanship to help musicians bring better music into the world.
Set of 6 premium vintage style tremolo/hardtail bridge saddles, compatible with all S-style and some T-style 6-string electric guitars. Stainless steel height adjustment screws are designed to fit snugly, with zero play.
Designed to significantly reduce string breakage at the saddle end. Corrosion-resistant bright nickel finish. Hypoallergenic white bronze finish available.
All screws have #4-40 thread and are made of stainless steel. Heavy-duty special grade steel springs that will not rust, collapse, or turn brittle and break over time.
Each box contains a set of 6 pre-assembled steel guitar saddles with springs, intonation screws and height screws. Package includes instructions about which saddle goes with which string.
Extra hardware for luthiers: extra screws of differing lengths (5/16”, 3/8”, and 1/4”), additional springs (2 short and 2 long), and an allen wrench.
Minimize palm injuries! To address the issue of musicians cutting their palms, we offer a shorter screw option reducing the need for luthiers to grind screws down ever again.
Our saddles are compatible with all S-style and some T-style 6-string electric guitars. We manufacture our saddles in three widths:
